Florcita Bedon Operations Assistant

Florcita joined YHB in 2005 as an Operations Assistant. In addition to helping with the day-to-day administrative work, Florcita is very active in helping Paul Martel, with his clinic in Ecuador.

As a native to Ecuador she is invaluable to Paul as he continues his humanitarian work there and she enjoys the opportunity to help the people of her native country.

Lori Coleman Operations Associate

Lori joined YHB in 2019. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Master’s degree from Georgia State University. Prior to joining YHB, Lori taught history at the college level for 11 years. Before teaching, Lori worked as a graphic designer and a bookkeeper.

Lori heads a volunteer Christian women’s organization based in Canton.  She has also spent many hours volunteering for Foodshare, the BSA and the public school system.

Sherri Hill Administrative Assistant

Sherri joined YHB in October 2017. She was an Administrative Assistant for many years to senior partners in the corporate and tax departments of a Hartford law firm.  She brings with her many great skills to assist the portfolio managers and their clients.

Sherri is a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood, an international organization dedicated to assisting women of all ages to continue their higher education through low interest loans, grants and scholarships.

Barbara Kreitner Administrative Assistant & Portfolio Administrator

Barbara joined YHB in November 2016 as an Administrative Assistant & Portfolio Administrator. She has many years of human resources, marketing, office management and administration experience.

Prior to joining YHB, Barbara held strategic and hands-on roles in the not-for-profit sector. She graduated from Pace University and is a dedicated and enthusiastic community volunteer.


Traci Smith Administrative Assistant & Portfolio Administrator

Traci joined YHB in April 2017. She graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a general studies degree. Traci received her Certified Nursing Assistance license and has spent time as a home health aide.

Traci loves to volunteer and enjoys helping others.

Anne Stone Bookkeeper

Anne joined YHB in its infancy and has been vital to its success. Throughout her time at YHB she has been responsible for working with the senior managers in many different areas.

Many of her responsibilities include assisting in the accounting/financial aspects of the firm as well as SEC and compliance related work.
