Such safeguards include a firewall to prevent outside parties from accessing our computer files, continuous off-site back-up of all computer files and the shredding of documents and electronic devices.
Additionally, we will notify you immediately if we see warning signs of attempts of identity theft including suspicious documents or emails from you that appear altered or forged, request address changes, or request third party fund transfers.
